With CykelPlus, we offer a simple solution for renting electric cargo bikes, e-bikes, children's bikes and electric scooters via subscription at a fixed, low monthly price. This means you avoid leasing agreements, unnecessary costs, interest and debt repayments. You deal directly with B-Bikes, without intermediaries.

How CykelPlus works
CykelPlus gives you an easy and flexible way to get access to an electric cargo bike, e-bike, children's bike or electric scooter. You pay a fixed monthly price and get a solution where service, safety and flexibility are built in from the start.

Your bike is serviced twice a year. We take care of both collection and delivery for servicing, and theft insurance is included in the subscription.

Starting a subscription
Nothing is in the small print. When you sign up for your Bike subscription you pay the following.
- There is a set-up fee that varies from DKK 999 to DKK 3,000. This fee covers the cost of starting your subscription.
- When you start your subscription, you will need to pay for the first month and one month in advance.
- Your bike comes with the following security features: Ring lock, chain lock and GPS tracker. These features ensure you are well protected against theft.
- Optional extras such as basket, bag, helmet and delivery. These options can be customised to your needs and preferences to enhance your cycling experience
- Theft insurance is included in your subscription, with a deductible that varies from DKK 1,000 to DKK 3,000. This ensures that you're protected in the event of theft of your electric charger or e-bike.
- The cancellation period for the subscription is the current month plus the 1st of a month. This means that you must cancel your subscription no later than the last day of a month to avoid payment for the following month.
- After 6 months, you have the option to cancel your subscription. This gives you the flexibility to end your subscription if it no longer suits your needs.
- After 36 months of subscription, you have the option to buy free. The price of a buyout varies between DKK 500 and DKK 4,000. This gives you the flexibility to own if you wish.

Payment options
What is the subscription commitment?
You are obliged to pay the subscription for the first 6 months.
How long does the subscription run for?
The subscription runs for 24-36 months depending on your chosen vehicle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
After the first 6 months, you can cancel with 1 month's notice to the end of the 1st of a month. Cancellation must be done via email to service@b-bikes.dk.
Can I buy the bike free at the end of the period?
Yes, you can. If you quit after 36 months, you can buy the bike for DKK 4,000 incl. VAT. You can also choose a new bike and continue a new agreement without paying for a new enrolment.
What additional costs may occur on top of the subscription price?

How do I pay?
We automatically charge the rental price every month via your linked payment card.
Insurance and theft
Do I need to have insurance myself?
Yes, you need to have liability insurance on your bike (typically through home insurance).
Who owns the bike during the subscription period?
The bike is the property of B-Bikes while you pay the subscription.
Is the bike covered in case of theft?
Yes, theft insurance is included in the bike subscription. You will be charged a DKK 3,000 excess if the bike is stolen.
What are the requirements for theft insurance coverage?
The bike must be properly locked with both locks and secured to a solid stationary object when not in use. The GPS tracker must be traceable.
What do I do if my bike is stolen?
Report the theft to the police immediately and send the police report to B-Bikes. B-Bikes will then try to collect the bike if possible.

Service and repair
Is service included in the subscription?
Yes, 2 annual services are included in the price. It is important to keep up with the service. You will receive a text message when it's time to service your vehicle.
How does service work?
When you receive your service text message, you'll need to book an appointment yourself, either online, or by email or phone. We pick up the bike at your address and transport it to our workshop in Karlslunde. After service, the bike is returned to you.
Are spare and wear parts included?
Not included. Spare parts and wear parts are not included. You will always be contacted if replacement parts are needed.
Where can repairs be carried out?
You should always contact B-Bikes if you need repairs. Repairs are carried out at our workshop in Karlslunde. You can use our Pick-up & Drop-off service on Zealand, or bring the bike to the workshop yourself.

Where does pick up & drop off cover?
Pick & Carry covers all of Zealand and is free of charge in connection with service. The normal price for Fetch & Bring is DKK 149.
Can I return the bike myself?
Yes, you can return the bike to B-Bikes yourself.

Repairs
Ongoing Repairs and Costs
Ongoing repairs are not included in your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that the bike is repaired when necessary.

Annual service included in the subscription
Included Services
Annual ServiceYour subscription includes a minimum of two annual service visits or service every 1000 km, all included in the price. We will contact you to arrange a suitable day.
Service process
Pick-up and deliveryBy default, we pick up your bike for service and deliver it back afterwards. In some cases, the service can be performed onsite at your location.
Parts and Repairs
Spare parts change: Should the need arise to replace parts beyond the regular service, we will contact you to provide pricing information.
Important Information
Costs: Spare parts, wear parts and ongoing repairs are not included in the subscription and you will have to cover these costs yourself.
Repair options: Repairs, in addition to service visits at B-Bikes, can be carried out with a pick-up and drop-off service throughout Zealand or at a local bike mechanic. You are also welcome to bring your bike to us.

Flexibility subscription and termination
Your subscription always runs for 36 months, but you have the option to cancel it at any time with one month's notice to the end of the 1st of a month.
For the first six months, you are obliged to pay for the subscription.
Thereafter, a one-month notice period applies from the end of the 1st of a month.
If you choose to cancel the subscription after the 36 months, you can buy the bike for DKK 4,000 incl. VAT.

Insurance & theft
Liability insurance for bicycles
Insurance requirements
You should always have liability insurance on your bike, which is typically covered under your home insurance. This is important as it covers any damage you may cause to the bike, other people or property. Remember to follow up with your insurance company to confirm coverage.
B-Bikes Ownership
Although the bike is the property of B-Bike during the subscription period, it is your responsibility to ensure that your home insurance covers the bike.
Theft and Excess
Your bike subscription includes theft insurance. This gives you extra peace of mind in case your bike is stolen.
If your bike is stolen, you will be charged an excess of DKK 3000 from B-Bikes.
Please note that the insurance does not cover if the bike is not properly locked with both locks and secured to a solid stationary object when not in use.
Safety features
All our bikes come with a double lock that includes both a ring lock and a chain lock, as well as GPS tracking.
If your bike is stolen, you must immediately report the theft to the police and send the police report to B-Bikes. We will then attempt to retrieve your stolen bike if possible.
Follow-up in case of theft
If we find your bike, we will make sure to return it within a reasonable time. If the bike cannot be found, your contract will be cancelled.
