Guide to measuring stride length - calculate your frame size

To choose the right bike size, start by measuring your inseam. This guide is suitable from around 14 years and up.

How to calculate your frame size yourself: 

  • Stand against a wall with your legs slightly apart.
  • Measure the distance from the floor to your crotch.
  • Use the table to find your size in inches and centimetres.
  • If in doubt between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
