ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
To complete an order on b-bikes.dk, follow these steps:
1. find and select the items you want
2. Click on "Add to basket"
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Enter your personal data
5. Select delivery method
6. Select payment method
7. Read and accept the terms and conditions
8. Confirm details and authorise the order
You can also send enquiries regarding test drives, service, Click & Collect, instalments or
out of stock items. The enquiry is not binding.
Once the order is complete, you will receive an auto-generated receipt by email. It does not constitute a
Binding order confirmation. An agreement is only concluded when you receive a separate order confirmation from B-Bikes.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of out-of-stock items, technical errors, price errors, delivery problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
All agreements are made in Danish.
Order confirmations are stored and can be sent upon request.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on b-bikes.dk are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are disclosed before the purchase is authorised. When purchasing a bicycle, no shipping is charged.
We accept payment with:
- Thank you card
- Visa- Mastercard
- MobilePay
There are no payment fees.
Payment is only deducted when the item is dispatched or picked up in store. For Visa/Mastercard reservations are made
the amount immediately and is released according to the applicable card terms.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Pick up in store
When purchasing a bike, you can choose pick-up in the store in Karlslunde. Unless otherwise agreed, collection must take place no later than 7 working days after receiving the order confirmation.
Bike delivery to address
When ordering a bike, you can choose home delivery if it is offered in your area. We will contact you within 48 hours and arrange a delivery time (1-6 business days). Delivery to non-British islands is done
only if we have the opportunity to do so.
Shipping equipment and accessories
Accessories are shipped to the address provided with the following shipping rates:
- GLS to parcel shop
- GLS home delivery
- Pick-up in Karlslunde: Free of charge
Shipping price depends on the size and weight of the item. Delivery time for your order is 2-5 business days. In case of
error or part of your order is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended.
Free shipping on equipment purchases over DKK 799.
Free shipping only applies to purchases of products that can be packed and shipped based on GLS guidelines on package size.
Delivery outside of Denmark is not offered.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item. You can only exercise your right of cancellation if the item is returned in unbroken packaging.
Cancelling a bike purchase
Contact the store where the bike was delivered. The right of cancellation does not apply to custom bikes. If the bike has been used, any depreciation will be assessed.

You can use the standard cancellation form, but it is not required.
You may not simply refuse receipt without contacting us.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, the entire purchase amount including standard delivery will be refunded.
For partial returns, shipping is non-refundable. Used goods will be deducted for depreciation.
We will refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the purchase.
B-Bikes may withhold the amount until we have received the item back or documentation for the return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation notification. You pay the return postage yourself.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints regarding faults or defects are submitted via contact form or e-mail. The product must then be returned to the store for assessment.
Incorrect or defective items will be exchanged free of charge. We will reimburse reasonable return costs.
Extended warranty - bicycles
Service booklet included with purchase of a new bike.
If the first three inspections (2, 12 and 24 months) are complied with, the warranty is automatically extended to:
- 3 years on components
- 5 years on frame and fork
The claim is void in case of misuse, lack of maintenance or vandalism.
RESERVATIONS
Product images on b-bikes.com may show accessories that are not included.
We reserve the right not to fulfil requests made in the comments field at checkout (e.g. requested delivery date).
PRIVACY POLICY
Upon purchase, we register:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
Information is only shared if it is necessary for delivery or service.
We store your data according to applicable regulations. See our full privacy policy on our website.
COPYRIGHT
All content on b-bikes.dk is protected by copyright law and belongs to B-Bikes ApS. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written authorisation.
You may print content for private use.
Violations result in claims for compensation and remuneration.
